In honour of the 50th anniversary of our original yellow boot and the 50th anniversary of the culture that made it an icon, we celebrate the legacy and birth of hip-hop and the freedom of self-expression it embodies with the Timberland Hip Hop Royalty boot. Purposefully cut for women, the silhouette is an evolution from our original 6 inch waterproof boot. From every direction you‘ll find influential reflections of the hip-hop culture including the microphone inspired aglets, vinyl record influenced heel wrap, and the graffiti stencilled Timberland® branding atop the purple colour that is reflective of the mural honouring hip-hop founder DJ Kool Herc. Additionally, this heritage boot comes in custom packaging, designed to honour Sedgwick Ave – the 1973 birthplace of hip-hop.
